NDC strives to offer expeditious responses to customer inquiries. New requests are typically quoted within 48 hours. More complex requests, such as new components or more involved specifications requiring tight tolerances, special and custom processes, etc., may require longer review periods. Each quotation is reviewed and approved by our Project Team prior to being sent to the customer to ensure that all commitments will be met.All quotes are either faxed or emailed in PDF format per customer request.
We continually review our pricing structures and take into account market feedback in order to provide our customers with the most cost-effective and competitive solutions. We carefully review every inquiry so that we may quote accurately and offer the most value while asserting our best practices to offer the highest quality.
Lot charges are typically quoted for initial prototype orders for components or small quantities of evaluation material. Component lot charges can start as low as $2,000.00 and increase based on the complexity of the part, custom tooling, design and development requirements. Quantities per lot will vary, based on component design and customer demands.
Orders are accepted either via company purchase orders or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Net Terms can be established for new accounts by filling out a Credit Application, which is available on our site under “Document Downloads”. For some customers, pre-payment may be required.
Certifications to NDC or customer specifications will be defined on each quotation and/or purchase order. We review all new quotations and orders to ensure that all requirements are clearly stated and noted on our Quotations and Order Acknowledgements.
NDC accepts blanket purchase orders for scheduled releases over a 12-month period. We will stock materials for customers based on forecasted demands. Safety stock and inventory holds can be arranged based on your order quantity.
Payment terms are Net 30, FOB, Fremont, CA. Our standard Terms and Conditions are also available for download under Document Downloads.
NDC ships all products using FedEx Standard unless otherwise specified or noted by the customer. We will ship using other carriers upon request.
For customers that need a small quantity of material for a new project, we invite you to use our Online Store where you can purchase material using a credit card.
We will gladly accept any returns if the products shipped are damaged upon arrival or if they do not meet your specifications as listed on the Quote or Order Acknowledgement. Please contact a Customer Service Representative to work out a solution and to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any returns to NDC. Returns without the proper RA number will be rejected or returned to sender.
Our policy is to accept only defective product for exchange or refund within 90 days of shipment.
No return will be accepted without the valid Return Authorization (RA) number.
NDC will reimburse the original shipping charges associated with the defective product if the defect was caused by NDC.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return of the damaged goods to NDC.
